Looking to enter a multi year lease agreement which the lessee would fertilize and harvest the hay using acceptable best practices, in return for 50% of the bales produced. The lessee would then buy the other half of the yield from the lessor at a below market rate established by the two parties.

Protein - 11% TDN - 58.4% RFV - 137 Peanut Hay for Sale from 2019 peanut harvest. 4'x5' net wrapped round bales weighing approximately 900 +/-pounds. I have a few truck drivers that are available to use for delivery. Feedback from those who have fed this hay have been very positive. Peanut hay is the leaves and stems left over from the peanut harvest. There are also quite a few peanuts in the hay too. Cattle, goats, and even horses love this hay.
