Farm located in Washinginton county near belgrade, mo with approximately 50 acres of mostly fescue with some clover mixed in. Looking to enter a multi year lease agreement which the lessee would fertilize and harvest the hay using acceptable best practices, in return for 50% of the bales produced. The lessee would then buy the other half of the yield from the lessor at a below market rate established by the two parties.
